Terms and Conditions of Hire 

Hire Agreement

 

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this Bouncy Castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable. Please ensure that the following Saftey Instructions are followed:

 

1) Each unit has an age limit (This will be discussed with you on set up or pop over to Services for more information). Please ensure that no-one over this age uses the equipment. If it is not an adult castle then NO adults are to use the bouncy castle.

 

2) No food, drink or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle which will avoid choking and mess (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the £20 initial deposit will be kept as a cleaning charge).

 

3) All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges and any other sharp objects that could cause damage or harm MUST be removed prior to using the Bouncy Castle.

 

4) NO face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle.

 

5) NO smoking or barbeques on or near the Bouncy Castle.

 

6) Climbing, Hanging or Sitting on the walls is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and must NOT be allowed.

 

7) A responsible adult must supervise the Bouncy Castle at ALL times, whether in use or not.

 

8) Always ensure that the Bouncy Castle is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to age and size of the users. (This will also be discussed  with you on set up or can be found HERE).

 

9) Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

 

10) NO pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle.

 

11) If the Bouncy Castle is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains. However this does not apply if it is raining, In this instance please leave the bouncy castle inflated to avoid the rain water pooling on the castle and seeping through to the inside.

 

12) Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step, as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is to assist users getting on and off only!

 

13) Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed to use the Bouncy Castle, as indeed anyone that may be feeling unwell.

 

14) Do not allow  anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation, as this is DANGEROUS.

 

15) Please ensure that users are NOT attempting somersaults.

 

16) Please ensure that all users are clothed appropriatley and that nothing can fall out of their pockets.

SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.

 

17) Ensure that the vents on the side of the blower are left clear at all times.

 

18) All damage occurred to the unit whilst on hire will be the sole responsibility of the hirer to make good financially.

 

19) Any injuries, deaths or accidents occurred on the unit whilst on hire will be the responsility of the hirer and no claim against Wizard Bouncy Castles will be upheld.

 

20) It is the responsibility of the hirer to supply an adequate electrical supply.

 

21) Any defects which occur to the unit whilst on hire should be reported to the office immediately on the number above, it is then upto the hirer whether to continue to use the unit or not.

 

22) Under NO circumstances must the unit be removed from it's secure location.

 

23) Wizard Bouncy Castle have the right to remove a unit if we think it is being abused, over crowded or damage at any time.

 

24) Hires charges should be paid at the time of delivery unless previosly agreed thank you.

 

25) No person/s to attempt to go behind the unit whilst in operation. NO fingers or objects to be put into the holes on the blower, this will cause SERIOUS INJURY.

 

26) By hiring any of Wizard Bouncy Castle's inflatables or goods you agree to all of the above terms & conditions.

 

27) Some inflatables do have rain covers but this is only suitable for little showers, in the event of heavy rain on your booking date we may change delivery times/ dates or may have to cancel in the event of severe weather.

 

28) In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately and call Wizard Bouncy Castles on 07522 331905. No-one should try to mend or rectify the problem other than ourselves.

DISCLAIMER

 

Please note that all persons using this Bouncy Castle do so at their own risk.

 

The person/s or organisation hiring out this inflatable equipment will NOT be responsible/ liable for any damage or injury occuring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

 

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure that they are all fully adhered to at all times.

 

Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.

 

I have read the above agreement and fully  understand and accept the conditions listed above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may have occurred, this will include the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition, I.e: If it is in a dirty or muddy condition (This could be from anything from food, drinks, mud, silly string, face paint and anything else that casues mess) I will have to pay an additional £20 cleaning charge, or if it is returned damaged, I will be liable for the full cost of getting it repaired back to its original state.
